In every organization, there is a process, and what goes on behind the scene is not always talked about.</p><p>There are instances where UN may have interfered through dialogue, but it is not yielding desired result. When more drastic measures are taken, this is when people know that UN has stepped in, then blame her for not stepping in at the right time.</p>
