An abandoned car, like the neglected old house, ages beyond its years. I know that with the application of innovative ideas, its former state can be transformed into a vibrant, new environment. A wealthy individual might see this as a lucrative asset, capable of being modernized with money. I, on the other hand, see an asset worthy of investment, preferring to preserve its vintage aesthetic while incorporating modern standards: exquisite interiors and more. 
The picture looks old, Perhaps it was once a royal residence; who truly knows? These cars are pretty expensive from the look of things.
However, the people's dressing style says otherwise. These styles of dressing look like a modern fashion.
