Heavy rain for five hours, all the way downtown Lhokseumawe flooded. This condition often happens because the drainage system is not good.

Due to puddles, all road users who use motorcycles and cars are severely disrupted. Therefore, motorists must be careful when crossing pool puddle pools long enough, even many riders were forced to stop in the puddle because the engine is jammed.

In addition to disturbed drivers, traders who sell and buy along the way often enter water to the store as the vehicle passes by.

At the monitoring site, rain last Saturday night (05/08/2017), along the commercial road and other waterways reaches 60 centimeters.

According to local trader Faisal (30), the conditions that occur due to the road trenches are not perfect and too small, so unable to accommodate the flow of water that fell during heavy rain. Thus, the traders asked for drainage repair immediately. If such conditions are always ignored, road users to the shopping center are very disturbed and traders feel the loss.
