Greetings, how are you steemit friends? Wish you good health always. Meet again with me "Azman Nicely Nasha/ @azman".

Today I discuss one of the creativity of a mechanic in solving problems on a machine. In repairing a broken machine, certainly not arbitrary people who can handle it, to overcome this requires someone who has a well-established ability to solve the problem, can be said to be an established mechanic.
To overcome the problem of machining required someone who has an established ability or can be said someone who has a certain creativity in the concept of mechanical science.

How does the creativity of a mechanic say? I will explain in the discussion below. May be useful.

<strong>What character does a mechanic have?</strong>

According to my knowledge. A mechanic has an ideal character with practical and realistic thinking, a mechanic ready to adjust the attitude and purpose to master a machine. The mechanic not only considers the impact of the problem he is facing, but also the long-term impact on machine operation, whether in a factory or outside the factory area.

The profession of a mechanic is closely related to the engineer, a mechanic is like a "<strong>hand</strong>", then the engineer is "<strong>his brain</strong>". That is, mechanics are responsible for maintaining, repairing, maintaining tools or machines.
Meanwhile, the insyiur is responsible for the entire project cycle, which includes the design, development, and completion of the project.

So in principle, the mechanical task only installs and maintains what the engineer has designed, all that can not be separated from the character and skill owned by a mechanic.

<strong>How is the creativity possessed by the mechanic?</strong>do you know.!!

The creativity of a mechanic can be shown while he is operating a machine, a mechanic with creativity can be seen when replacing a broken tool on a machine. For example, a device that should be replaced with a new tool but this mechanic can rework the damaged tool to good, a mechanic has a remarkable idea in the processing of a machine that will be improved. This is what he can be said to be a mechanic.

Ssttt ... &#128563; Actually this is already telling an experience, but no problem,for share experiences and knowledge in the field of machine.

Okay. Then we discuss how the mindset of a mechanic, or often called mechanical thinking.

Maybe the meaning of the word Mechanical Thinking seems strange to you, maybe you think this term is less close to the ears and minds of many people.
Might also, You've heard the term but do not really care about it because it feels stiff as it sounds. Of course, you will not feel any difficulty understanding the meaning of the word above because in terminology the expression is easy to find understanding in a simple dictionary though.

Whatever you have in mind, with this term, I want to try to synergize the thinking of two highly committed figures in their field. They are <em><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_J._Schwartz_(motivational_writer)"><strong>D.J. Schwaltz</strong></a></em>. A best-selling author of the book <strong>The Power of Thinking Big</strong> and <em><a href="https://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhenald_Kasali"><strong>Rhenald Kasali</strong></a></em> a professor at the Faculty of Economics University of Indonesia who is also a business strategist and author of the book (his latest book <strong>The Cracking Zone</strong>) is selling well.

D.J. Schwaltz was the person who first rolled the idea of '<strong>Mechanical Thinking</strong>'. Then, what is the relationship professor Rhenald Kasali? Maybe that's the question that comes to mind.

Rhenald Kasali has written about "Growing Mindset" which the basic concept successfully developed based on the findings of a psychologist "Carol Dweck". Well, with those two terms I want to share with you.
Remember, this is for the good of us all. I just hope that more people can be inspired to make improvements in their lives.

About a year ago I first got to know (maybe I knew too late) the term mechanical thinking. Yes, from the book The Power of Thinking Big that I know him, from a dull book I borrowed from the library of one of my friends. IThis book explains that mechanical thinking is a mind-set or mind-set in which we strive to control our minds, so machines can have a direct impact on our spirit in the face of everything in life, especially matters relating to obligations, plans or our desires.

Our mechanical thinking should not tolerate the 'small negative voice' which often affects our good intentions to do something. Often we get caught up in the desire to delay in doing whatever is planned. Instead, we fall into a state of mind where we lose and are overcome by a feeling of wanting to relax by listening to those negative voices, for example: 'Ah ... later also I can do ..!' or 'Ah .. ... there is still plenty of time to finish' and other misleading voices.

Mechanical thinking does not allow bargaining at all, with that negative feeling so that it will affect our ability to focus and self control. Two other life skills that according to some psychologists need to be developed early on. In essence, when a positive thought floats in our minds, we should move on to do it. This is exactly the same as when a machine is turned on, when we turn on its 'Power On' button, it instantly runs on, rolls, spins and no matter what happens.

Adopting this concept of mechanical thinking positively is what Rhenald Kasali thinks the is part of Growing Mindset. According to him, growing mindset is a Life Skill that we must continue to develop and we must always update its development.

        <em><a href="http://www.raptureready.com/2016/08/08/lazy-people/">{Image_raptureready.com}</a></em>
    </center>
</div>
Empirically, mechanical thinking is aptly applied especially to people who feel themselves lazy. Moreover, this technique is very effective for the person with the character of the procrastinator.
Indeed, it all depends on our strong commitment, if we are confident in our ability to apply this pattern of thinking then it is very possible we can achieve the desired mental quality improvement which in turn will lead us to the success we desire.

Because in applying mechanical thinking techniques, once we think of something positive let alone what we have planned (remember, often we even set aside what we have planned for various reasons), immediately we must hurry to do so. Just imagine you are pressing the button of your brain machine, instantly "power on" you turn on, then immediately he walked and hurried.

If you are a mechanic, there is a great way to apply this mechanical thinking technique in everyday life. Actually a mechanic is highly trained in that thought, sometimes we will feel the difficulty. But, apply the thought for three consecutive days. (Remember, '<em><a href="http://quotepixel.com/picture/inspirational/anthony_robbins/repetition_is_the_mother_of_skill"><strong>Repetition is the mother of all skills</strong></a></em>' the wise man says) and we will feel the positive sensations of this mechanical thinking technique.

<strong>In short, mechanical thinking should be applied to all mechanics in order not to procrastinate in the work in terms of machining process. <center>A word that we often mention that we are mechanics, we can, why have to postpone.</center></strong>

For me, this mechanical principle is not just for mechanics, but I hope it can be applied to all workers in other fields.
