necessary ingredients
1 pineapple
1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
4-5 dry red chillies
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon red chili powder
2-3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
Salt to taste

Method
To make pineapple sauce, first wash it and cut it into small pieces.
- Keep the oil in a pan to heat the oil in a pan. (Mango ki langi)
- Once the oil becomes hot, add fenugreek and dry red chili and fry it.
Put the pieces of pineapple as well as methi and dry red chillies. (Garlic Tomato Chutney)
- Mix turmeric, red chilli powder and salt and stir well with kadchi and mix it well.
- Cover and cook pineapple for 2 to 3 minutes. (Grapes)
After removing the lid, remove the lid and add sugar and water and cover again and cook for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes you will find that pineapple pieces are soft. Now mash them with the help of the curry. (Raw mango chutney)
Finally, add garam Masala and mix well and close the flame. (Date-raisin chutney)
- Pineapple sauce is ready. Enjoy it with a lunch or dinner dinner.
