As the crypto market matures, and new blockchain projects are released on a daily basis, it has actually become quite difficult to come across a decent idea that nobody has thought of before. The ICO market is full of projects, trying to get themselves noticed while developing the same concept as another not too dissimilar team. I'm sure then, that you can imagine my surprise when I came across Pigzbe and found it to be one of the most unique ideas for a blockchain application that I have seen this year.

Pigzbe is a digital currency wallet and token platform that is designed for kids. The Pigzbe platform features an interactive application that is linked to a hardware wallet, enabling kids to learn about money in a fun and engaging environment while also developing a sense of financial responsibility through saving and spending their own money. The hardware wallet is about the size of a smartphone and features a screen that either displays info about the Wollo stored in it, or shows the face of a pig that children can interact with. The hardware wallet comes with a connected card which can be used to convert Wollo to fiat at the point of sale and an app designed for parents and other family members to send or receive payments of Wollo. This lets parents send recurring pocket money payments to kids or even set up payments for successful completion of homework or chores. The Pigzbe hardware wallet can also double up as a game controller for the Pigzbe app which lets kids learn about money while playing the game.

The best part about the Pigzbe project is that it will accelerate uptake and public awareness of the whole market and opens crypto up to a whole new demographic - kids. kids can be fanatical about toys and gadgets, and once the Pigzbe project starts getting used, it could end up being huge.
