WhiteSource is an open source tool that helps in finding out the Vulnerabilities in the code that we write. The tool provides suggested fixes that we can use. There is also a feature available where you can even get real-time alerts on the security vulnerabilities that you might have. Some of the top companies already benefit from the tool.

Support is available for over 200 languages which also includes containers. With the tool, quality issues in the code can also be identified and suggested. Though there is a  paid version available for the tool, you can even give it a free trial. In their website, you will also be able to find information that Microsoft is also recommending WhiteSource.
