Few Things To Understand and More: The Blockchain Always Gives Back.

When there's life, there's the need to learn, and learning is what keeps the human brain active as hell. When I first came into the blockchain, I had no one to guide me. I started by reading people's work and would write just once in a while.

Doing this, I was testing the waters of what the blockchain is all about, or so I thought I did for some months off and on like an unstable Nigerian power source. While doing that, I was learning but not as much as I should, so after I had a chat with someone who told me, hey! *"You write well but are very unstable in your post, but you have time to engage with others. Try creating one post every day."* The person I'd told me so, I told myself, well let's make 3 days of posting in a week 5 to 6 days and so, I started that pretty journey of truly learning from the blockchain.

It was during posting and engaging that I got to realize that the blockchain will always give back the energy you put into it. I have seen people who write good posts but don't engage. Well, you can't expect people to read your posts and give quality responses to them if you don't read from others.

I always tell those who whine to my ears that they get almost nothing after writing beautifully, I tell them, *"Continue writing and engaging especially in contests. Advertise yourself and don't stop even after people do know you."* And I know how helpful this advice has helped those who took it by the horn. However, for those who expect manna from heaven because we are surely in the B.C. or the A.D world will end up giving up saying Hive is super complicated.

Well, you've not even seen anything. You are just in the writing world, and you see it as a complication? I laugh strangely in Swahili. There's no complication to things if you set your minds on it.

I have to confess I didn't even know about layer 2 token until early last year. I was more into posting, and I know Hive Backed Dollar (HBD) and Hive token. The rest happening on the blockchain is just a different bunch of unexplainable languages to me, so I wasn't interested in them. But, the moment I knew how valuable those tokens were, I knew I had to learn more.

I never knew the tags I used in my post helped boost the tokens in my wallet, and ever since I knew, I made sure to use them in places they matter.

Tags like proofofbrain or pob, pimp, hive-engine, waivio, vyb, and neoxian are free tags that can be used in any posts you write. And when the payout of the post gets in, you'll surely get something coming in from the tags used. And there are some tokens you can buy and stake them too.

However, there's a need to always read community rules before engaging in them, and not only that, I also read others' posts too. It works every time. Before I write in any community, I read what the community is all about and read posts from other users in the community. Doing this, I am engaging with other users on the blockchain and have also learned more about the community. Therefore, I am sure my post will not be muted for not following the community guidelines.

Consistency helps and so do joining community contests. Also, being on Discord is another thing I look into, though I am still working on my activeness there. Being active on Discord will surely get you acquainted with people, and with that, you are able to spread your wings and learn as you do.

Still yours truly,
Balikis.

*Thanks for reading.*
