As one old saying goes, there are two fools in the market, one wants to buy something, and the other wants to sell something, often both are fools.

Looking at the sale of this, historically interesting, it is a very dilapidated house, I remembered this saying.

On the one hand, the one who bought this house will have to invest huge money in it for restoration, and restoring without strengthening the foundation is a waste of money.

And, the seller, selling a historical object, could receive much more in a few years, but he is in a hurry, fearing that his goods may collapse, at one fine moment and he, in general, will receive nothing for this house.
