This is a **mandatory upgrade** for all wallet users!  Please upgrade as soon as possible.

This release serves to fix the many issues present in the 3.7.7.0 release that caused us to shut down exchanges amid the forking problems.  With this release we will be informing exchanges it is safe to resume trading.

Note that the in-wallet upgrader is still not working at this time. Please do not upgrade from inside the wallet!
