First things first, please confirm that there is no warning light on when you start your vehicle for eg. (Engine Warning Light, Fuel/ Gas, etc.) as the tips Im providing today won’t help stupidity….. But then again you might stand a chance of your knight in shining armor coming to your aid as you are broken down next to the side of the road, and you fall in love and live happily ever after…..

But in my experience you stand a better chance of being mugged, assaulted and possibly stolen (Human Trafficking is real)!!! So to avoid such excitement just make sure you are topped up, no warning lights are active, and that you have some “Sky in the rounds” then you are set to go.
# 1)	Favorite Music 
Make sure you are stacked with your best hits of all time “Happy Music” album from your school days if needs be…….. Remember this is not to impress the car next to you, but to bring peace to your soul, so play anything that will make you play air guitar like Carlos Santana or hit your steering wheel like an aspiring Travis Barker (Blink 182), keeping active is the key to not losing your cool.

# 2)	Hands Free Kit To Communicate With Loved Ones 
Against all popular believe apparently it takes two hands to drive a car, who knew. So please don’t hold a phone in your hand to try this tip. Traffic police will have a field day if they see you talking with your one hand raised to your ear, even if it’s just an itch you are trying to scratch, they will pull you over.

Feel free to chat away, with loved ones as you are wasting valuable time you could have spent with them anyway, but a word of caution, should you carpool, rather phone a friend,
Personal matters can make situations awkward and uncomfortable at work, but then again there is no guarantee you will not be embarrassed, especially if your friends are anything like mine.

The best application of time being stuck in a box on wheels is to grow your mind!
Audio books are of great value to help you stay calm and feel accomplished rather than wasting time. I have often felt inspired as I listened to motivational speaking, or enlightened as I have read a book with my ears….

In essence there is a lot that can be accomplished while spending time in a vehicle, some more constructive than others, but in the end it’s all about prevention of injury, accidents or death, whether **intentional** or not.
