*Today I'm gonna share with you all "Soft Parathas". Hope you'll enjoy it.*

Ingredients:

Flour
Oil
Salt
Water


Process:

How to make soft paratha. Paratha is such a food like bread. It's Asian traditional food. Let's do. At first take a bowl. Add flour, salt and oil. Mix it very well. Take time to mix it. Then take water. Add small quantity water at one time. Don't put much water first. We need to make a medium consistency dough. Not so tight or not so lose. Then cover it and rest for 5/10 minutes. Take roller and board. Make a roti and put little quality oil inside and spread it. Fold the roti and roll it again. Fry it with some oil in a frying pan.

Serve hot with anything you like.
