Hi dear EOS Lovers,

One more time I would like to apologies to show my frustration on yesterdays thread ( https://steemit.com/eos/@beacryptominer/eos-launch-became-chaotic ), but I could not leave it to ensure the community is inform of what I feel and whats is going on specially after dedicate a whole week to fight FUD with not much sleep because I LEAVE EOS I dont know why! 
I apologies to the majority of the candidates for block producers because some of them have work non stop around the clock to make sure we will go live as soon as possible but some candidates with voting power are clearly not ready for it so they should not be part of the list and are just losing everyone time?
I will not publish the list of yesterdays vote or previous meetings for them feel do not feel ashamed because some have valid reasons but  WE MUST BE UNITED FROM NOW ON !!
We have 21 candidates ready to go live with Dan support so we should run it and they will be more than welcome to join the list in the coming elections.
Never was my intention to spread FUD with my article but was an escape for my frustration towards our current situation!

EOS will bring a new era to the crypto space and we will revolutionise the future after the launch I am 100% sure!

EOS distinguish from others because we are a Crypto made to the community and by the community the first ever of his kind but unfortunately this brings challenges as we been see and learn lessons for coming meetings be more productive and I am glad all this happen because from now on we've gone from having complete ignorance of the votes, to now scrutinising individual candidates. This is how it should be. I am expecting a much lower tolerance for bullshit next time, thanks to these "witch hunts" from "tourists".

Tonight's vote will crucial for us a whole and will be a new chapter for us as a community!

For tonight's vote we need an open, decentralised and transparent meeting with the following criterias:
1- A live stream where everyone will be welcome to join and take their conclusions.
2- Clear representation with the highest position of the candidates to BP.
3- A organised and respectful meeting.
4- Everyone should speak English since if BP need to communicate with each other quickly translation is avoided.
5- Minutes of it must be draft a updated to a reputable website for the community knowledge and guide us to proceed with our voting!
6- In case of a NO GO clearly mention the reasons, I mean valid reasons for everyone understand and don't ex peculate on it.
7- Final of the meeting will be nice to have a few questions answer by the community to give a perspective we are one.
8- When someone is not clear on the NO GO we must be strong and carry on with the ones we have!
9- LEADERSHIP and PASSION towards EOS as a whole!
10- Clear vote rules must be communicated since it was said 2/3+1, this for me is 67% and we achieved 72% but it was not approved so explain please the real numbers behind it!
11- Do not be scare of another chains creation because we are just one and we always be.

12- THE MOST IMPORTANT feel proud to represent EOS community in any case, anywhere and mainly respect the EOS creator will without him none of us will be here! 

Make this happen the sake of the community and the prosperity of EOS!
WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER FOREVER! If we launch we launch if not clear mention why and be transparent!
