A couple of weeks ago a friend of mine gifted me with an amazing Goddess figurine. I told her I would make a grid with her and today was the day.

**This grid is for all my sisters out there who are pregnant or trying to get pregnant.**

I decided to act on instinct instead of looking up the suitable crystals. When I grabbed Carnelian I wasn't sure if it was because I have a special love for them lately or if they truly fit the grid.

Then again, I was only starting out and the grid will reveal itself once I'm finished, so I continued.

This is the back side of the Goddess. Amazing isn't it? It's such a beautiful piece.

I gathered a couple of tools.

Added sand because it felt right.

Added pearls because it seemed to fit in with the sand and the Desert Rose for the Selenite effect. I like to add Selenite in everything simply because of it's high peaceful vibe.

Once I'm on, I'm on and I go on automatic so unfortunately no progress shots from the sand and pearls to the rest of it.

But I added Clear Quartz points & mini spheres, Rose Quartz, Jade, Rainbow Moonstone, Lemurian Amethyst with Phantoms and Rhodizite.

You'll notice the Merkaba crystals (from the very first photo) aren't in this photo, and the star in this photo is gone on all the others.

Everything has energy and meaning. Just because it looks pretty doesn't mean it belongs in the group. I choose energy over looks always.

I took a step back and noticed a few other elements that seem to have made their way into my grid like the circles and the recurring 8's. Can you see them? 

Yes? But what does it all mean?

The number 8 is one of my main numerology numbers and for me it has always symbolised luck (8 is the chinese lucky number) but today I learnt this from [this site](http://numerology-thenumbersandtheirmeanings.blogspot.com.au/2011/05/number-8.html).

*"The number 8 is considered extrovert and is the highest feminine number."*

For me it's also the number 88 stalking me. 11:11 is usually the culprit but lately its 33s or 88s, so it was cool to see that come up once I was done.

The Carnelian I later realised symbolises the Sacral Chakra where the womb is located. It is also said to facilitate connection with the unborn child.

The Sand represents water in our bodies, in the womb. It is also a great conduit of spiritual energy that can wash away negative or stagnant energy within us.

The Pearls the children of the sea, linked to Moon it has been referred to as the "teardrops of the moon".

Rose Quartz for the feminine energy, calming, soothing, Motherly goddess goodness.

Rainbow Moonstone is the Ladie's Stone. I use it for anything lady related.. Cycles.. Balancing.. Healing...

(There it is again with the Moon! Could this be because the Full Moon is only days away?)

Jade... I usually associate Jade with wealth and prosperity, so I was quite surprised to see it make it on this grid. Upon some research I found most of the sites recommend Jade for women who want to fall pregnant! There you go!

Desert Rose, a type of Selenite, is also associated with the Moon and can assist in one's mental clarity, stilling the mind and bringing peace. It is also said to protect the health of both baby & mother.

Clear Quartz points to direct the energy, and clear quartz spheres to blow the energy out. 

Rhodizite is one of my fave crystals because has the ability to amplify all the crystals around it.

My grid may be small, but she be mighty!

The Full Moon is coming and I'll be charging this grid up and adding some intentions for my sisters out there so if you connect to my grid you should get a boost :).
