FCFL has been around since 2015; they made their first test field with an investment of $2 million on the Salt Lake Screaming Eagles to create the first democratized, fan controlled Football team. The effort paid off big time, the management of the team via a voting app proved to be very popular and gave the developing team of FCFL the ground to expand on their idea by creating a league with 8 teams and begin their operations. The platform developed by FCFL will give fans complete control on the actions of each team by enabling levels of interaction unheard of between the fans and their teams, and all these operations will be made by using the FAN utility token within the ecosystem.

The FAN utility token is being designed to fund the required development necessary to set up an operation of this size. The FCFL is looking to build or lease an indoor venue to host all the games of the league. The location of the place is still in a discussion by the team, and depending on the success of the crowdfunding it may be subjected to fans vote. The leading contenders so far are Las Vegas, L.A or Salt Lake City. The company also needs money to complete the development of the platform that will administer the decisions of the fans as well as the registry of their votes.

The FAN token is also what gives users the right to vote the tactics or the decisions related to management of line-up of their favorite team as well as other key decisions. The FCFL has nicknamed the token FAN but other than name, there is no information about the totalized available supply of the utility. The only amount available so far with a set limit is the 5,000,000 FAN tokens that will be offered on the ICO pre-sale. The utility is built on the ERC20 protocol based on Ethereum and will be offered at the rate of 1 FAN = $0.100000. The token distribution will go as it follows:  50% will be offered in the crowdsale. 20% will be distributed among the founders, the developing team, and the advisors. 15% will be administered by the FCFL marketing team, and the other 15% will be used to establish partnerships.

### Allocation of the earnings

As for allocation of the earnings, the company is planning the following scheme: 25% of the funding will go to core technology development. 30% will be used to fund the league and to set up the infrastructure. 15% will be destined to manage operations and keep the company up to date with technological developments. Another 15% will be used for public relations and marketing efforts. 10% will be used to cover all professional services contracted during the founding stage, and the final 5% will be kept in reserve for contingencies.
