( EN / DE ) **The idea for this post seemed very simple. As one of over 4 billion people on this earth, I watched at least part of Queen Elizabeth II's funeral on TV on Monday.
I liked the singing during the entrance into Westminster Abbey so much, again and again I am surprised how much I like this "sound". So the plan for this #threetunestuesday was to find three beautiful choir songs and report about them.**
Die Idee zu diesem Post schien sehr einfach. Als einer von über 4 Milliarden Menschen auf dieser Erde habe ich am Montag zumindest teilweise das Begrägnis von Königin Elizabeth II im Fernsehen gesehen.
Der Gesang beim Einzug in die Westminster Abbey gefiel mir so gut, immer wieder bin ich überrascht, wie sehr ich diesen "Sound" mag. Also war der Plan für diesen #threetunestuesday sich drei schöne Chor Songs zu suchen und darüber zu berichten.

**Well, dear @ablaze this won't be a conventional #ttt though, because with 3 songs this topic is rather impossible. In fact, I spent the entire Tuesday evening to lose myself in thousands of YouTube titles, so much there is to find and listen to.**
Nun, lieber @ablaze das wird aber kein herkömmlicher #ttt werden,  denn mit 3 Songs ist dieses Thema wohl eher nicht zu schaffen. Tatsächlich habe ich den gesamten Dienstag Abend damit verbracht, mich in tausenden von YouTube Titeln zu verlieren, so viel gibt es dazu zu finden und zu hören.

**Or in the next song (Hallelujah, original by Leonhard Cohen), the structure is very interesting. It starts with two voices and a small female choir. Then with each verse two more male voices are added and with time the full sound of the choir develops.
So many different voices that add up to the big picture.**
Oder beim nächsten Song (Halleluja, Original von Leonhard Cohen) ist der Aufbau sehr interessant. Es startet mit zwei Stimmen und einem kleinen Frauen Chor. Dann kommen bei jeder Strophe zwei weitere Männer Stimmen hinzu und mit der Zeit entwickelt sich der volle Klang des Chors.
So viele unterschiedliche Stimmen, die in der Summe das große Ganze ausmachen.

**Then of course there are countless more modern variations of the old traditional monk and choir chants and in fact I also found a lot of meditation music with this theme, which was not known to me so far, so the first from the next two tunes, it is probably not to everyone's taste. Dann gibt es natürlich unzählige moderner gestaltete Varianten der alten, traditionellen Mönchs und Chor Gesänge, hier zwei schöne Beispiele und tatsächlich habe ich auch sehr viel Meditations Musik mit diesem Thema gefunden, was mir bisher so nicht bekannt war, und das erste der beiden nächsten Stück ist wahrscheinlich nicht jedermanns Geschmack. **When I discovered this video, I realized how much our European world has changed and evolved since these medieval choral songs were first heard.
Unimaginable to see such scenes a few decades ago, isn't it? But we have made it. We are free to express ourselves as we are and what we want. Women and men alike. It's good to remind ourselves that this wasn't the case not so long ago.
But we have left serfdom and oppression behind us. We have achieved values that we can appreciate and protect more.**
Als ich dieses Video entdeckte wurde mir bewusst, wie sehr sich unsere europäische Welt verändert und entwickelt hat, seit diese mittelalterlichen Chor Gesänge zum ersten mal erklangen.
Unvorstellbar, solche Szenen vor ein paar Jahrzehnten zu sehen, oder? Doch wir haben es geschafft. Wir sind frei uns so auszudrücken, wie wir sind und was wir wollen. Frauen und Männer gleichermaßen. Das darf man sich gerne mal wieder bewusst machen, dass dies vor gar nicht allzu langer Zeit nicht so war.
Aber wir haben Leibeigenschaft und Unterdrückung hinter uns gelassen. Werte erreicht, die wir gerne mehr schätzen und schützen dürfen.

Ja ihr Lieben, das war ein etwas anderer ThreeTunesTuesday. Ich hoffe dennoch, euch hat der kleine Ausflug in andere Klang Welten gefallen.
