[Terracore](https://www.terracoregame.com/?ref=behiver) is a post-apocalyptic play2earn idle game on the Hive blockchain where players take on the role of citizens of a world on the binge of collapse. Resources are scarce and you can only survive by finding **$SCRAP cryptocurrency**, while danger lurks around every corner and everybody wants to rob you. As one of the last remaining citizens on this world (**775 citizens** at the writing of this post), it is up to you on what kind of destiny you want to forge in the game and if you survive at all cost or still keep some humanity in you. I was lucky enough to join the game in the early stage (or at least I think so) and I've succeeded to understand it pretty good and be able to survive one day at a time.

## Game stats
The game begins with the citizens gathering $SCRAP based on their engineering skills and understanding of the post apocalyptic surroundings. Thus I reached a good mining level based on **engineering skills of 4**, but not high enough in order to be appealing to any robber around my camp. And even if someone things to breaking into the camp and still mined $SCRAPS, my **defending skills reached 50** and I will surely do some fighting back. And when I am not asleep, I try to attack back having **40 Damage skills** in order to gain more $SCRAP to keep me alive and build more. The **stash size only stands at 4**, but that's just because I am mining pretty often and when I sleep it doesn't matter as I am robbed like crazy.

## Achievements and future plans

Terracore is not a free2play blockchain game, but rather a play2earn game with an entry point of 20 Hive which is approximately $8. And with the support of all my referrals and selling most of the $SCRAP on the market, while still reaching some decent engineering, defense and damage levels, I succeed to get my **return on the investment made in the game in 14 days**. And as this happened, my further goals are towards **strengthening my citizenship** and become a fearful survivor in this post apocalyptic world. My immediate milestones would be to **increase my damage and defense skills to some levels that I don't get robbed so easily**. After I succeed that I will be moving to gather $SCRAP resources and **contribute to Oceanea in order to gain favor and unlock new planets**. And if I am lucky enough who knows, maybe I will get a piece of land in a new world where I could live peacefully.
