Here's my short walk to my favourite akara woman. Akara and akamu is a popular breakfast combination eaten by most people in Nigeria. The akara is made through blending beans and then adding salt, pepper, onion and a bunch of stuff for taste. The akamu is made from grinding corn and then subjecting it to a bunch of processes I can't get into.
