La buena atención que se le brinda al cliente es muy importante en los emprendimientos, de ello dependerá en gran medida el que quieran volver, sin obviar que además de una buena atención también se debe considerar la calidad del producto y los costos, el trato muy amable y cordial de las jóvenes en las tiendas es una característica que tienen en común la mayoría de las tiendas, tal vez han obtenido buenos resultados al brindar una buena atención, incluso hay empleados que se esmeran en conseguir el producto que necesitas comprar; al inicio del año escolar recorrí varias tiendas buscando una franela blanca para mi hijo, en el primer intento no logré conseguir la camisa acorde a su talla, al pasar frente a las tiendas varias chicas y chicos muy amables ofrecían los productos de la tienda, mi pregunta era la misma: _¿tienen franela blanca talla 16?, mi objetivo era muy específico, una franela blanca, algunos respondían no tenemos esa talla pero hay otras puede pasar y ver, en mi segundo intento tampoco logré conseguir la franela, ya me estaba desesperando porque habían iniciado las clases y mi hijo aún no tenía la franela de deporte.

En mi tercer intento, hice una lista de las posibles tiendas donde pensé que podía comprar la franela, salí temprano e inicié de nuevo la búsqueda, en la primera tienda que pregunté había la talla que necesitaba, pero surgió un nuevo detalle, la tela no era de algodón, al contrario era muy calurosa para el clima de la ciudad y no era la adecuada para las actividades deportivas de mi hijo, así que la descarté y continué mi búsqueda, al final de la mañana entré a una panadería a comer un dulce porque me estaba estresando y me sentía cansada; más de tres horas caminando y no había conseguido la franela, luego de recibir mi pedido y disfrutar el delicioso postre, me relajé un poco y seguí mi recorrido, al no ver resultados en mi búsqueda, pensé que lo mejor era ir al castillo (la tienda de telas) y buscar una tela suave y cómoda para hacerle la franela a mi hijo, revisé los pasillos de las telas y no vi ninguna adecuada, este centro textil dispone de una gran variedad de telas, pero en varias ocasiones he buscado telas de algodón unicolor y no he tenido buenos resultados, las telas son muy licradas y a mi hijo no le gustan para hacer deporte.

I finally found the flannel for my son, very excited I bought and returned home relieved because finally my son had the flannel for sports.
Analyzing the tests I did to buy a flannel I have come to the conclusion that I am a picky customer, if I don't like a certain garment no matter how much the sellers advertise it I don't buy it because I know I won't use it for the simple reason that I don't like it, besides I don't see any sense in spending money on a garment that I won't use; for my purchases I am very specific, especially with shoes, I want them to be comfortable and not one size less because they stretch over time, for me there is nothing more tiring and stressful than wearing shoes that mistreat or squeeze the foot, the more comfortable the better.

Firme en mi objetivo me dije para consolarme: _Haré una nueva vuelta tal vez olvidé pasar por alguna tienda y allí puede estar la franela, avancé más despacio viendo las exhibiciones en los maniquí y encontré una tal como la quería, era de algodón y a muy buen precio, solo faltaba saber si era la talla que necesitaba, una joven muy amable me atendió, le expliqué lo que necesitaba, incluso me permitió tocar la franela y efectivamente era lo que buscaba, con un poco de tristeza le comenté que la tela era la adecuada pero necesitaba una talla 16, cuando me dijo que eran de un paquete que había llegado en la mañana y tenían todas las tallas me sentí muy feliz y aliviada -Eureka! finalmente encontré la franela para mi hijo, muy emocionada compré y regresé a casa aliviada porque mi hijo tenía la franela para deporte.
Analizando las pericias que hice para comprar una franela he llegado a la conclusión que soy un cliente quisquilloso, si una determinada prenda no me gusta por más que los vendedores le hagan propaganda no la compro porque se que no la voy a usar por la sencilla razón de que no me gusta, además no le veo ningún sentido gastar dinero en una prenda que no usaré; para mis compras soy muy específica, en especial con los zapatos, que sean cómodos y nada de una talla menos porque estiran con el tiempo, para mi no hay nada más agotador y estresante que usar zapatos que maltraten o aprieten el pie, mientras más cómodo mucho mejor.
