When we go through a difficult situation, hope becomes our greatest ally. We try to look to the future with optimism, gratitude, and faith. Clinging to hope, we stay focused on what we want to achieve.

When we face adversity, hope is the driving force that propels us forward with the firm conviction that what lies ahead will be much better, and that what we are currently experiencing will only be temporary because there is always light at the end of the tunnel, and a moment of happiness awaits us. I firmly believe that hope and faith—that conviction we have that the situation will improve—go hand in hand and are a great motivator for achieving a specific goal.

When we begin a project, whether personal, professional, or familial, we always hope to obtain the best results. Even if there are bumps and obstacles along the way, our hope and our goal are that we will succeed. I believe that focusing on hope prevents us from being distracted by elements that could become barriers and keeps our gaze fixed on the objective we aspire to achieve. With hope, we also see life from a different perspective and are grateful for what we have, yearning for a much better future.

Hola amigos de la comunidad @holos-lotus, es un placer saludarles,  deseando que tengan una excelente y bendecida semana,  este es mi aporte para el tema del amigo @emiliorios, [Nos Urge Hablar de la Esperanza: ¿Cómo la Cuidas y Alimentas? -Esta es La Iniciativa No. 24 en Domingo de Séptimo Día-](https://peakd.com/hive-131951/@emiliorios/nos-urge-hablar-de-la-esperanza-como-la-cuidas-y-alimentas-esta-es-la-iniciativa-no-24-en-domingo-de-septimo-dia-esen), esperanza es una palabra que usamos a diario pero que encierra un gran contexto y de ella depende en ciertas situaciones que alcancemos grandes metas y proyectos, cuando atravesamos por una situación difícil la Esperanza se convierte en nuestra gran aliada,  tratamos de ver con optimismo,  agradecimiento y Fe el porvenir,  aferrados  a la esperanza se mantiene el norte en lo queremos  lograr.

Cuando enfrentamos situaciones adversas,  es la esperanza el motor que nos impulsa a seguir adelante con la firme convicción de que lo que viene será mucho mejor y esto que estamos enfrentando solo será algo pasajero porque al final del túnel siempre hay una luz y nos aguarda un momento de felicidad;  creo firmemente que la esperanza y la fe,  esa convicción que tenemos de que la situación  mejorará,   van de la mano y son de gran motivación para lograr un determinado objetivo.

 Cuando iniciamos un proyecto,  ya sea personal, laboral o familiar,  siempre tenemos la esperanza de obtener los mejores resultados,  aunque en el camino hayan baches  y obstáculos nuestra esperanza y la meta es que lo vamos a lograr,  creo que enfocarnos en ella (la esperanza), nos impide distraernos en aquellos elementos que pudieran convertirse en barrera y mantener nuestra mirada en el objetivo que aspiramos lograr. Con ella, también vemos la vida desde otra óptica y somos agradecidos por lo que tenemos,  anhelando que en el futuro sea mucho mejor.

Losing hope, or ceasing to cultivate it, would mean that our dreams, for which we have strived for years, would be shattered. All the projects we have envisioned and sometimes discussed with family members would remain only on paper. Without hope that they can be achieved, we abandon them, and our minds focus on the negative, seeing anything that might hinder our plans.

Without hope, the strengths and abilities we possess to achieve what we so deeply desire can become obstacles. When hope is lost, negativity, anxiety, and complaining take over, leading us to see everything from a negative perspective, assuming that nothing is possible, and giving up without even trying.

Cultivating hope means seeing life with gratitude. I don't mean to imply that we should live in a detached reality; on the contrary, hope allows us to situate ourselves within reality and, at the same time, see possible solutions and paths forward to continue moving forward with a firm step and achieve the goals we have. Perhaps they won't be achieved in the short or medium term, but our determination and persistence will be what leads us to them. Some goals are achieved very quickly, others require time, and there are those that, although they seem impossible, can be reached when we maintain hope and perseverance in what we want.

Maintaining hope, believing that everything will improve and that we will have a better tomorrow, is the driving force that should propel us each day. We must work towards it with determination and love. It's not about living with illusions, about thinking that something will happen simply by declaring it or saying it. The essential thing is to work and focus on making what we so deeply desire a reality, whether at home, at work, or in the realm of personal goals we have set for ourselves.

Perder la esperanza,  o dejar de cultivarla significaría que nuestros sueños, por los cuales hemos luchado durante varios años,  quedarían truncados,  también todos los proyectos que hemos pensado y en algunas ocasiones conversado con los familiares,  solamente estarán en papel,  pues al no tener esperanza de que se pueden alcanzar los dejamos  de lado y nuestra mente se enfocaría en la parte negativa,  viendo aquello que podría ser un impedimento para concretar nuestros planes.

 Con la ausencia  de la esperanza, se pueden convertir las fortalezas  y habilidades que tenemos para alcanzar aquello que tanto queremos,  en un obstáculo.
 Cuando se pierde la esperanza el negativismo,  la ansiedad y la queja son las que toman control y nos conducen por ende,  a ver todo desde un ángulo negativo, asumiendo que nada es posible y darnos por vencido sin al menos hacer un intento.

 Cultivar la esperanza,  es ver la vida con agradecimiento,  no quiero decir con esto,  que vamos a vivir una realidad descontextualizada,  al contrario,  la esperanza nos permite ubicarnos en la realidad y al mismo tiempo,  ver las posibles soluciones y salidas para seguir avanzando con paso firme y lograr concretar esos proyectos  que tenemos;  tal vez no se logren a corto o  mediano plazo, pero nuestra determinación  y persistencia será lo que nos llevará a alcanzarlos,  algunos objetivos  se logran  muy rápido,  otros requieren su tiempo y están aquellos  que aunque parecen imposibles se pueden alcanzar cuando mantenemos la esperanza y constancia en lo que queremos.

 Mantener la esperanza,  creer que todo mejorará y tendremos un mejor mañana,  es el motor que debe impulsarnos cada día y trabajar en ello con determinación y amor,  no se trata de vivir con ilusiones,  de que por decretar o por decir va a suceder, lo esencial es  trabajar y enfocarse en ello para hacer realidad aquello  que tanto queremos en la casa,  en el trabajo,  o en el ámbito de metas personales que nos hemos trazado.
