I cooked this recipe for dinner today. It sounds complicated but it's actually very simple. These days, I just settle for quick and easy preparation for everything. I have all my time in my hands but I prefer to use it to be more productive even if we are having this pandemic.

This recipe is so easy, you all can do it. The result is a tasty chicken dish that every family member will love, from kids to the oldies.

Basically, you saute the spices add chicken, then heat it up, add some evaporated milk and pineapples and let it boil and cook until the chicken is tender. It's that easy. You can add some cubed bell peppers to add color and aroma. Garnish with parsley or anything green and it should be the star of the meal. This works perfect with hot rice.
