The new version  of chicken adobo was being revised like the biryani version of Indian foods.

I just cooked white rice in a rice cooker, while cooking the chicken adobo at the same time.  Same as usual procedures but I put thinly sliced potato under the adobo. 

After cooking the rice and  the chicken, I put it in a big plate , put the rice at the bottom and drop the  chicken adobo with potato on the center top. So yummy and the presentation of our lunch is different today.
