Max's is another Filipino restaurant that we frequent to visit as a family. It's a chain restaurant that started in the Philippines back in 1945 and now has branches all over the world. They pride about their fried chicken and their tag line is, "the house that fried chicken built."

In their branches around the Philippines, they offer the well loved Filipino dishes. They try their best to give their customers the "original" Filipino flavors and taste of dishes such as kare-kare (peanut beef stew), pancit (noodles) and lumpia (spring rolls).

The three dishes I mentioned above are what we usually order from their branches very often, plus their specialty of the house which is Max's fried chicken. If you want to get to taste famous Filipino cuisine with an original Filipino touch, Max's is one of the restaurants that offer that.

The service is good, the waiters are courteous and orders are served quickly. The place is not always full of people, compared to fastfood. Most often, families and groups are what you will see here. This is also one of those dining places that are inside big establishments such as malls.
