Cooking eggs is pretty simple and every adult is expected to do it. Egg is a staple for breakfast all over the world. I love eggs, I know how to boil them, poach them, scramble them but I suck at making sunny-side ups. I always flip them when I make sunny-side ups and that's not a real sunny-side up when you have to flip it. I don't like watery or raw yolk in my sunny-side up that's why.

Today, I just stopped myself from flipping the egg and waited for it to cook and I think I got it perfect. I did it twice and I am so proud of myself for making real sunny-side ups for the first time ever! We learn something new everyday. Sometimes, it's the small things that really make us proud and happy.
