No por falta de tiempo u objetivos. No. Es un tema de exigencia al trabajo. Cuando se van aprendiendo cosas de un arte es difícil permitir hacer algo y no hacerlo bien. Ya han pasado algunas semanas desde que temriné este proyecto. Todavía no lo recogen porque su dueña, una niña de 11 años, está enferma. No es anda grave. Así que espero que se recupere pronto y venga por su cuatro. ¡Estoy seguro que le va a encantar! Mientras terminaba este, me di la tarea de tomar dos tipos de fotografías sobre el proceso. Unas eran para una publicación más técnica sobre el trabajo. Un diálogo del proceso y el oficio de la luthieria desde mi punto de vista. El otro, que verán a continuación, es una exploración artística del proceso. Quizá solo un poco. Espero sea de su agrado. Aunque quiero acotar que tomar fotos de objetos de madera en blanco y negro es como hacer trampa. Hay tanta texura que nuestros ojos no ven cuando hay color. I reckon this has to do with the learning curve for this art. As one advances, the photos have sto better It's been a few weeks since I finished a project. They haven't come to pick it up. The owner, an eleven-years-old girl, is sick at the moment. It isn't anything serious. So I'm waiting for the moment her father and her will show up at the front door and I'll deliver this one. I'm pretty sure she'll love it. As I was doing the last bits of work, I took two sets of photos. One was the technical set. That's for the post describing the process. It's more of a dialogue with the craft and point of view. The other, the one you're about to see, delves more in the artistic side. Well, maybe just a little. I hope you find it interesting. As usual, taking these kind of photos to wood objects feels like cheating. There's a lot of different textures that colour simple overruns.
