It was nearly nonexistent during my 20s which is a mistake to fix as soon as possible when you're on that age. Unless your doing some very important stuff, you should get your sleep count right. It will do wonders for your brain. During those years which were still college one, I spent a lot of time playing videogames. I was one of those poor souls stuck on playing League of Legends, World of Warcraft and the alike until 3:00 am. Waking up late made me feel drowsy every time. And my day started after noon. It was a bad habit for sure. During those days I met some interesting people all over the world. But when I started getting into the second half of the career I realized the idea of burning the midnight oil was really bad to keep track of all the things I need to to. So, my habits changed for better. Nowadays, being my own boss and keeping on with my blog, I'd like to sleep better. Perhaps, I'm getting there. However, I've had this things since I was a child that I can't sleep a lot on weekends. Even when the concept of weekend is nonexistent in my life. It hasn't been a thing since the second half of 2020. I'm always up and kicking. There's always something to do. I think a lot of what keeps me at this waking up early on Saturdays and Sundays at this stage of life is the idea of keep posting every day. I'm still going strong on that. It's been the most interesting experience on self-discipline I have taken up during my life.
>And I was a *deshi* in a Dojo.
But I have no problems with it. Back when I was a kid waking up early during these days meant I had the chance to watch reruns of some shows I might have missed on the week like the Spider-Man Series of the 90's, Courage the Cowardly Dog, and others. Today, I barely watch TV but I take these early times of the day to work on my mobility, do some breathing exercises and yoga, and start planning the content for the rest of the week. And it is usually during these days that I take the time to help on cleaning chores in the house. Doing that early is the best thing possible to check that from the list and move on with more interesting activities. Besides, being up early means I have some extra hours of time when I can do some noise. Weekends are the perfect days to finish my work on the next cover to record. Did you know that since I started taking Soloist Venezuelan Cuatro classes I have recorded 44 videos playing? It's an interesting achievement. I told me teacher this and he laughed replying that I have recorded more videos playing than him. I even have more than some famous YouTubers. I believe that if my life depended on a 9 - 5 job on a daily basis, maybe I would indulge in taking some long sleeps during weekends. But maybe those days would be related to some other chores and other things would prevent me from doing any sleeping at late.
>It would be either that or my circadian rhythm getting in the way...
But what about you? Do you take those extra 5 minutes (2 hours) to indulge in some more sleeping during the weekend?

https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/bertrayo/Enyo4d2KNC9dwGuWMVoWdT9r7awN4qgRzhmXSAVcpnyFGVx2s9Vx9PFMvLJYQdCFZvJ.png - Photos and Video 📹 📷: taken by me (Redmi Note 8) - Editing 🎬: by me, made with Adobe Photoshop Lightroom. https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/bertrayo/Enyo4d2KNC9dwGuWMVoWdT9r7awN4qgRzhmXSAVcpnyFGVx2s9Vx9PFMvLJYQdCFZvJ.png

Follow me on [Instagram](https://instagram.com/luthier_andresalvarez?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=) for enquires and commission.
