**Everyone needs SUNshine!** The #JustOneThing initiative is designed to inspire a theme for daily posts in an effort to help people post daily. Today the theme is **SUN**  ### What does the SUN have to do with your team or business? **Everyone needs **SUN**shine!** We already know that the **SUN** provides our source of life. Without it, we would perish. In northern Alaska, it will go through several months of darkness with no **SUN**shine. Many studies have shown how lack of **SUN**light affects moods and well-being.  ##### Your team is a living entity that requires **SUN**light to help it grow and stay strong. If you have people join your team and they are immediately thrown into a dark winter they will not thrive. If you merely sign them up and they never hear from you again, you have done just that. Team members need to have **SUN**light from the top to help nurture them and help them grow to their potential. Do not throw your team into the darkness. Be the **SUN**light of your team by staying in contact with them, being available for them, and nurturing them. Then you will have a strong team who will be ready to build their own team and follow your example. #### Are you the SUNlight to your team?
