Sell hello everybody! It has been forever since I have been here on #steemit. I have been so busy with work and when I have had some time off then I have been lazy 😅 My summer has been good, or is good because it is still not over. Thank God for that. Here I post some pictures from my summer.  Most of my summer I have been home in Kronoby, #Finland. I have been living at my family home in Snåre. This is our small church in the village. I don’t think there is even 100 people in my village 😅  At the end of May I went to #Malmö in #Sweden to participate in a conference about dementia. I was there to introduce a musical sensory pillow developed for people with dementia. It was a fun and interesting experience.  At the same time I visited my friend, Chandan in Lund. Lund is near Malmö. But Malmö is far away from where I live. Almost 1000 km and a boat ride. But I still decided to drive down 😅  We had a nice time. Drove around a little and had a BBQ at the beach.  Then on May 27th, my best friend, Mykola from Ukraine 🇺🇦 flew to Malmö for my birthday. W instead of celebrating it there we decided to take a flight to Barcelona in #Spain.  We spent one week there. We stayed at a hotel in Vilanova de la Geltrú outside Barcelona.  We also rented a car and drove down to the beautiful city, València. I really liked that city. But not fun to drive in. We even had a car accident so we had to get a new car, but luckily we were all ok.  One day we decided to drive up north to the French border. I think that was the best part of the whole trip. It was so beautiful. Here you can see a fort om that is located in the French side with Spain in the background.  And here you see France.  After one week in Spain we flew back to Copenhagen and Mykola flew right away to Ukraine. And Chandan and I started driving up through Sweden to Stockholm. Chandan came with me to Finland.  Back in Finland We did some small driving looking at local places near my home. If you want to stay in a tree house then I can recommend Emmes Retreat in Nedervetil. It is own my my friends. They have many tree houses you can rent.  You can even sleep in one of these if you want.  Finland is so beautiful in the summer. I love lakes. This is Seljes lake.  Most of my summer has been a lot of work. Besides my ordinary work I also have had a pop up cafe in a old wood shop.  I sold cake, waffles, coffee and sometimes some bread also. It was fun.  And then I also have helped my sister at her summer cafe and catering business.  We also had a sing-a-long event. They are very Scandinavian these events 😂 Allsång as it is called in Swedish.  I made the program sheets 😏  Everyone loved the event.  I also did some local traveling with my family. Here we are in Harrbåda in Kokkola.  My mom 🌸  It’s a old lighthouse. People say it is haunted 👻  I was also to a concert in Larsmo. Here my sister, Sonja Biskop is performing.  My sister, sometimes she stands on a stage or teach someone to sing and sometimes she has her chef outfit on. She is multitalented 😅  And a few weeks ago I moved to my new house that’s a I am renting. Still a lot to do inside before I get it as I want, but I am taking one day at a time.  Well, that was about all that has happened this summer. I will continue enjoying this beautiful summer with swimming...  And late night walks. This summer has sure had a amazing weather. Hot hot hot. No need to go to a island somewhere in the tropics 😏 Thanks for reading all who came this far. Ha det bra!
