Our world has a population of 7.9 billion human beings, that is a lot of people! Most of our population is densely contained within cities with people living in cramped and seemingly overpopulated conditions. This is equal to around 50 people per km2 (129 per sq. mi.).

There are two methods to solve this problems.

* increase foods production and make more living places for the population that will be in near future
* restrict the birth rate of people

>Is this possible to do first method?

But I think most of the people will choose this method. They are trying to produce more foods and building more houses to use for more people I do not know can they really support the over population of world.
If foods are more scarce the price of food will increase. So some country will face the starvation. It will also affect the stability of that country. But if you have more workers you can produce more products and you will get more profits. This is like a double swords. It can help you but also it can harm you. We should no longer waste our foods.
People will not agree on second method. But we should do if it is absolutely necessary.

>Why people need to have so many children?

I like the policy of "Stop At Two" from Singapore.Singapore launched a "Stop at Two" campaign in 1972 to limit the number of children that families were having. It was wildly successful. Fertility rates dropped after the campaign's implementation.
Having two children from two adult is a good idea. A lot of people would satisfy with it. But some people want more children they will also have quota for this. So you can have up to two children as you desire but you have to ask permission for third child. This is quite flexible policy. There are many people who do not want to have a children so there will be a slot for you.
Indeed this is only concern for Government. They will manage this birth rate problem. But if your country is near a country with exploded population, you need to be careful. They will migrate into your country because they will not get enough foods in their country.
All methods are hard to achieve. If this continue some country may have problems. They need to discuss and should make an agreement before things going too bad.
