sometimes we did get frustrated by little things and we did get angry easily that time. Not all the time our state of mind is the same that is what makes the difference in our behavior. If your day start was not that good you most of the time there are most if the chances are your entire day will be bad. There is a famous saying is India "pata nahi subah subha kiska chehra dekh diya sara din beek he jara hai mera 😅"
>I don't know whose face I have seen in the morning , the whole day is just going bad for me. 

These are just some kind of made-ups we all have made to is our mind but the mind is really a big deal to handle indeed. we did have seen there are many problems in life where some did find a way easily and have to work really hard to find a way. The difference between them is only the state of mind and how they use their brain some are used to hard work and some are used to smart work nowadays the person who is capable do to smart work is earning a lot than the person who does hard work for an entire day. 🤨 this is sad but this is reality.

if you are working very hard for the whole day and you are ready to leave office and then all of the sudden your boss did appear to assign you a work for one more hours how you feel.
of course, you will surely do get angry but you can't be angry with your boss sure you will be angry in your junior or fellow colleges and scold them. In angry we all did say things that we don't want to say when we are normal. If you are alone in the office that time the chances are you will sure fight at home with your parents or with your wife. 😐

That is the best time to see how the person really is if a person is in good behavior then he must be a good person.  I do suggest to be quiet when you did get angry and don't talk to anyone at that time, if you will talk sure you will say something that will hurt someone that is nearby you that time so be careful with your words.  
The best option is to stay quiet for a while and calm down and then talk that will surely make a difference. 

These all are my personal opinion based upon my own personal experience.
