# Buckwheat with mushrooms in a pot

## Ingredients for 1 serving:
<br>

*    80 g of buckwheat;
*    100 g of champignons;
*    2 cubes cheese;
*    ½ small bulb;
*    1 tablespoon of sunflower oil;
*    ½ tablespoon of salt.

## Preparation
<br>
Mushrooms cut and fry in oil until golden brown. Reduce heat, add finely chopped onions and salt, cook for 5 minutes. stir buckwheat with cheese for two minutes. Rinse the buckwheat. Put all the ingredients in the pot. Products should not occupy more than half the volume of dishes. Pour boiling water so that it was above the cereal by 1 cm, mix. Add salt to taste. Put the pot in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
