Would you spend your days freely pursuing passions, rest, and relationships? Or secure financial power to build empires, travel, and support others? What matters more to you, time or wealth? Share your thoughts and why!

A few days ago, I briefly discussed the concept of time, value, and money. Today, I will be writing extensively on them based on the prompt above. Basically, people do not pay you for your time; they pay for the value that you create with your time. In my country for example, a social media influencer can earn more daily from paid adverts than most 9-5 employees at the end of the month. The thing is, one might have all the time in the world, but if they are not creating substantial value, their entire existence is as good as useless or even meaningless. That being said, this question is a no-brainer for me because if I realistically get to choose between unlimited free time and unlimited money, best believe I am picking unlimited money. **Here's why:** **VALUE CREATION** Being opportuned to unlimited money creates a platform for existing value creation which invariably alleviates the struggles of a hard life. Not only that but having enough money at one's disposal makes life easy. It doesn’t completely eradicate all our challenges, but it reduces them to the barest minimum. Now with unlimited time, one might be productive; one might even be creating value while chasing their passion, but this doesn’t necessarily mean that they will have enough money available at their disposal. Sometimes they might even have to work twice as hard and not get adequately compensated financially for the value that they create.
**FINANCIAL FREEDOM AND TIME EFFICIENCY ** It is often believed that time is money. What this statement means to me is effective time management: with unlimited time, one still has to learn time efficiency such that they can use very little time in creating more value. A value that might ultimately bring them more money than the effort put in. But why go through such stress when, with unlimited money at our disposal, we can control time? We don’t have to chase money; we don’t have to struggle with time efficiency. All it takes with unlimited money is good financial management and we can even employ an expert to handle that for us.
**LEVERAGE AND SUPPORT** Again, with unlimited money, we can access professionals to take charge of smart investment plans. Not only that, but they can also create a support system, such as jobs. Essentially, with unlimited money, we buy people’s time, and through jobs, they create value for us to sell. Not just that, but we have these sets of professionals working to make our dreams a reality while leaving us in a better position to invest our time in strengthening connections, leisure, and living sustainably. Ultimately, all I’m trying to say is, do not be the employee with unlimited time that is up for a price; be the boss who has unlimited money to live and do whatever they want.
