God, our father has asked us to be faithful to our partners. Loyalty is one of the most important things in marriages and you have to stick to your husband or wife no matter what you both may be going through in marriage. 

We also need to understand that God understands that we are human beings. He is the one who created us and he understands the kind of beings that we are. He knows where we are strong and what’s our weakness can be. 
At the same time, we all were made for one another. 

Let’s remember the part of Genesis in the Bible which talks about the creation of man. Genesis talked about how Adam was bored and lonely. Then, when God wanted to give him a companion, God gave him a woman known as Eve. 
This implies that we all cannot live our lives alone. We need that one person who will stay by us till death do us apart.

Talking about getting married to someone else after the death of one’s spouse, it is allowed. Marriage is a lifetime deal which only gets expired when one of the two parties lose their lives and that is when you are free to get married to someone else as long as you have nothing to do with the death of your spouse. 

Matthew 22:23 says that, *The same day came to him the Sadducees, which say that there is no resurrection, and asked him,* and it simply implies that your late partner or spouse will never come back to life so move on. 

God is not against getting married to someone else but let it be when it is confirmed that your spouse is late. God knows we need one another and He is not against a second marriage after the death of your spouse.
