<i>1-	Primeiramente, defina qual seu objetivo em estar no Steemit?</i>
Quero ganhar muito dinheiro e viver escrevendo post, gosto de escrever apenas, apenas uma fonte de renda extra, é meu hobby, sou entusiasta da moeda #steem, gosto da comunidade #steem, quero fazer hold com a moeda, quero transformar steem em Bitcoin, entrei apenas porque meus amigos pediram... e etc.. outras dezenas de respostas que poderia dar. Encontre  a resposta e verifique o que realmente você quer no Steemit.

<i>2-	#Defina sua meta para alcançar os objetivos.</i>
A minha meta é arrecadar 100 #steem por semana, 20 #SBD por dia, 30 SP por dia e assim por diante. Coloque números e esteja ciente que são tangíveis ao seu nível de conhecimento atual.


<i>3-	#Escreva o processo, coloque num papel como será, quando, onde, porque, quem, aonde, quanto custará.</i>
Nesta fase, seja direto e coloque mesmo num papel e sempre leia, isso fará você não perder o foco. Outra coisa, não fique atrás de pessoas falantes que não sabe pra onde vai, nem sabem o que estão fazendo no #Steemit.


<i>4-	#Execute seu processo e coloque pra funcionar, faça testes, experimentos, registre!</i>
Agora é mão na massa, faça acontecer, levante cedo, durma tarde, pense, execute, refaça, reescreva, registre, acompanhe, monitore, não perca o entusiasmo. Quando veres que alguma meta foi alcançada então! #COMEMORE!!! Não desista! Está perto!


<i>5-	#Observe  tudo o que aconteceu.</i>
Depois de um tempo pré-determinado na fase 3, junte tudo que tem de material, observações, descontentamentos, vitórias, dificuldades, coisas que saíram melhores que esperado e se puder aplique uma ferramenta chamada Análise SWOT - SWOT é a sigla em inglês para Forças (Strengths), Fraquezas (Weakness), Oportunidades (Opportunities) e Ameaças (Threats). No #Brasil, você pode ouvir algumas pessoas chamando essa análise FOFA (Forças, Ameaças, Fraquezas e Oportunidades).


<i>6-	#Reorganize- #Respire- #Reinicie o tudo com as melhorias que deverão ser implantadas!</i>
A implantação das melhorias é fundamental para que o processo ganhe forças e qualidade. Com certeza, a visão vai mudar, a perspectiva, entusiasmo e vontade de vencer será maior! Recarregue suas energias e resultados melhores ainda virão! No entanto, se não é esse o lugar e nem o que quer estar fazendo então o melhor caminho é procurar algo que te traga motivação, prazer, contentamento e ainda se puder ser remunerado será melhor ainda!
