Each week I do my best to recap things going on with the hive blockchain. This is mainly higher end type things and not development work on the backend. These are front facing applications that run on hive that will mainly be covered here each week. From gaming, apps, updates and more.

Now sadly pretty much my entire investment is in Tundra lol which is missing a 5% boost compared to other land plots which I hate so I'm hoping at some point that's changed or there's some other special perk about having these land plots. Right now it feels like they might be worth less. 5% might not sound like a lot but when you're producing 10,000 grain per day that's 500 gain less per day it really starts to add up over time.

Anyways above you'll see two legendary plots I have in the tract that I own. 

So far from what I've been seeing and can tell it looks like land is still on track to go live Nov. 14th which is less than 48 hours away. Pardon me for being a little excited about this I've only been waiting a little over three years for its release.

This release will be the first of many. It will add a vast amount of new liquidity pools to the hive blockchain in the form of DEC with a pairing to another resource such as grain being the first of the 50 or so to be added.

This is most likely going to create a large amount of fees which can be tapped into by liquidity providers. Being that grain is going to be needed for EVERYTHING land it could become a hot bed of a very active pool. As for the other resources it will be seen as some of those might be very low activity.

# ZING Holozing Game

There's still a fair amount of hype around this game which is still in the building phases. Right now the project is mainly building up funds while paying out it's in game token that will be used called ZING.

While APRS for Zing staking, HP Delegations and Posh holders has fallen they are still all above a 100% APR at the moment (of course this will continue to fall over time) Still very healthy APRs but of course realize there are risks when investing like always so do your own research first. 

On top of that we got the release of the liquidity pool of ZING and Hive which is currently still paying out over 1,000% APR. Now with liquidity pools there is the potential for [Impermanent Loss](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-impermanent-loss).

# InLEO

The first ever ad buyback happened! Something I've also been waiting years for lol. This is what has me a little pumped about hive lately is seeing all of these things I was excited for 2-3 years ago finally coming to light.

You can view the ad buybacks that currently are set to happen at a random time each Monday of the week at [InLeo Ads Buyback Account](https://inleo.io/leoads/wallet/leo) as you can see the last buy back pulled in a rather decent sum of LEO at 6,729.86. At the time that was worth roughly a little under $300 USD. It's now about $350. 

I'm still a bit unsure as to when LEO stake holders will start seeing this drip into their own LEO wallets as I'm waiting on a wallet update here which would display the APR release. 

At that current rate it would mean around $14,000 worth of ad revenue in buybacks is being created per year. This actully feels a little low to me at the moment so we will see how it scales here over the next few months. InLEO should be able to easily generated thousands in ad revenue per month as things get optimized, new features added and the userbase grows.

Overall the applications on Hive are looking healthy and the hive price and demand is starting to show this as well. Now sporting a nice $0.38 per token we are inching closer to that $0.50 market that if things are all good and healthy in hive we should be hitting soon and holding above it for a long time.
