Welcome To a Flexed-up Monday post

Stepping up a bit managed to squeeze in a few more workouts this week, and bulking up a bit, still have not been able to establish the daily stretching habit but still making sure to stretch before workouts.

I know I said I would look into way of making this series more intersting but honestly I have not gotten around to it yet also it's not that simple it's not the most exciting topic but I will have to be extra creative.

If you have ideas on how I can make this series better I would love to hear your suggestions.
