*** [](https://img.esteem.ws/6vxlgy168n.jpg) *** From time to time I like to take landscape photos of my favorite places. A place where I spend a lot of my free time is a canal! It is only a 2 or 3 minute walk from where place I live. Since I know for myself, the canal has always played one very important role in my life. From the earliest childhood onward, almost no day goes by without me walking through it. I visit it all year long, many of my photos are dedicated to the canal. Yes, it is my river, lake, sea and ocean. The water in the canal I am talking about is from the Danube River. If you follow my photographic work you may have noticed that very often the motifs in my photos are from the canal, that sanctuary of mine. And today I took some photos of my favorite place. Of course what you see are edited photos according to my current mood.
