Technical issue Poloniex with BTS

On behalf of the BitShares Blockchain Foundation, Annemieke  Dirkes reached out with a message to Tristan D'Agosta to accept their message of offering help as put on Poloniex: "Lets OFFER our help to resolve the ROOT CAUSE  of a disabled wallet functionality on poloniex.com."  If anyone in the community has proof, not opinions, but hard data on what might be a technical problem, please report that. Thank you.
