In Rajkot, Gujarat, a professor threw his mother out of the roof and murdered him. Her mother was on the bed because of having brain hemorrhoea. Professor Mala had been troubled by the care and treatment of the mother. The incident is from September last year, but the disclosure happened on Thursday. Earlier, the police had given the file closure as a suicide. When the CCTV footage of the Society was discovered on an anonymous letter, then the son would take the mother to the roof. He strictly accepted the questioning.

The name of the professor is Sandeep. His mother's name is Jayashreeben. He was a teacher. Jayshreeben was on bed because of brain hemorrhage. His family has two daughters and son Sandeep. Jayashreeben's death three months ago
- Jayashreeben Vinodbhai Nathwani, living in Darshan Avenue of Gandhigram, died on September 27 after falling from the roof of the building. The police had also closed the case.

- Rajkot DCP Karanraj Vaghela told that Sandeep did many attempts to mislead the police. First said that the mother took her to the roof to worship the sun. When the police asked how the helpless mother crossed the two-feet high railing, she could not answer.
- After questioning the police strictly, he agreed to throw the mother out with the roof. Apart from the disease, the police is also investigating the property dispute angle. FD is also being investigated in the name of women.
