There is an interesting relationship between being broke and being an introvert. Introverts prefer to  be alone most of the time, they hardly talk and they always enjoy their own company without getting bored. Being broke means not having enough money or not having money at all. These two factors are closely related.

Here is the twist:

Being broke can make you an introvert, because where to go to is not the problem but how to get there and how much money will be spent is the problem, especially when transport fare is involved. Most people often get confused with this situation and they claim to be introvert but truly they are tamed extrovert ¬– more like a lion in a cage. People in this condition get to understand themselves more when they have money – it is always like setting a lion free. 

“You only know a person’s true nature when they have money or when they are in power”, I have always heard this quote from different people and it is very true.

Some people are actual introverts, but what happens when they are also broke? They have a valid reason to stay indoors. In my opinion, they don’t feel the broke status as much as the tamed extroverts will feel it. Actual introverts are always almost the same when they have money and when they don’t. These are the type of people that will go out for about 30 minutes and in their mind it will feel they have been out all day.
