 Here's my 59th Splinterlands Guild Brawl Report for PIZZA 2 The Deep Dish. 🍕⚔️🛡️ --- *It's the ✨🏅✨Gold Foil Chaos Legion Fray no.12✨🏅✨ for the 42nd week in a row for me.* *The table below shows my accumulated tally of battles in Fray 12 since I first took it up 😁. 📊📊📊* --- |Current Tally for the past 41 brawls||||| |-|-|-|-|-| |Number of Battles⚔️ |Wins✅|Losses❌|Draw➖|Overall Win % ⚖️| |131|80|46|5|61%| --- Once again, I've got a completely unchanged winrate (thanks or no thanks?) due to having NO opponents showing up yet again. This is becoming an oddly recurring occurence 🤔. I would have thought Guild Brawls would become more popular with the addition of SPS into the rewards pool. I'll have to observe if this trend continues for the next few brawls. --- I'm still on a holiday trip and haven't had the time to really sit down to purchase and open any Gladius packs. Therefore all my MERITS will continue being left accumulating until such a time otherwise. 😁 🤞🏻🍀🤞🏻🍀🤞🏻🍀 Fingers crossed for a Gold Foil (Legendary!!!) I hope 🤣🤑 for my future Gladius packs. (or any packs/rewards chest for that matter 😉) --- <sub>*As usual, I make an extra effort to rent ✨**Gold Foil Chaos Legion**✨ cards that align with my daily focus during Guild Brawl days.*</sub> <sub>*Hopefully Lady Luck continues to shine on me 🍀🍀🍀 and I don't get too many weird ruleset combinations which will completely screw up my limited Gold Foil selection of cards. (🤣 yeah, that's how terrible I am, to have to rely on luck for my wins)*</sub> <sub>Some thoughts I have about my exploits in the Gold Frays. 💭🤔 *I feel like I'm winning because my opponent has even less Gold Foil cards available to him than I do. Personally, I find it slightly flattering to me. The teams I field are definitely not the absolute strongest, but more of what is available to me.* *It also doesn't account for HOW I win some of the fights though. I've realised that a fair number of them are from opponents who just gave up and did not even face me in battle. ⚔️⚔️⚔️* *My choice of picking up the Gold Foil frays is to simply give the Guild a better chance at accumulating more wins, seeing especially that IN THE PAST, many Gold Frays were left empty. I seem to have been woefully unprepared for this clash. Ordinarily, I should have had an advantage against an opponent fielding a magic attack based team in a magic reflect ruleset battle. However, my decision to go for a melee based team that did not max out my mana requirements proved to be a step too far. I might have been getting rusty after having no opponents for some time. Once again, I got out manoeuvred by an opponent who put a healer and repairer in his team. I should have had an advantage without any ranged units in a ruleset with ranged reflect, but my lack of attention to the more defensive aspects of the game proved to be my downfall. 😭 --- [Link to BATTLE 3](https://splinterlands.com?p=battle&id=sm_1roUPzKeUVYLmopKCPKk&ref=blitzzzz)  WIN. I finally got something right at last. 🎉🤣 I had another defensive minded opponent just as in the previous 2 battles, but the BLAST ruleset proved to be more favourable towards my more offensive lineup. The additional damage overpowered the double healing setup that my opponent went for. --- <center></center> # <center>📊📈📉My Overall Results📊📈📉</center> <center></center> --- <center>  </center> 1 WIN, 2 LOSSES. Well, at least it was definitely not another empty week with no opponents for me. However, this result was less than desirable. Did my battle readiness get tardier with the lack of battles in recent weeks? 😜 --- <sub>*I feel it's important that Guilds are able to fill out all the frays - even the significantly "harder" Gold ones. It is very likely that most guilds (at our level) skip the Gold frays completely, or are unable to even field a team if they've got no Gold Foil Summoners. This therefore leads to a better overall score.*</sub> --- <center></center> # <center>🥇🥈🥉Final Standings🥇🥈🥉</center> <center></center> --- <center>  </center> PIZZA 2 Guild managed to finish in 2nd place! 🏆🏆🏆 A pretty strong finish for our guild! The top placed winner was too far ahead of us with an 8 game lead.
