The SEC have DECLARED a definition on tokens. Some are securities and others utility. I see a way to exclude us on the basis of "Accredited Investors". I have not seen anyone notice this and comment on it. we will be left with a "Standards and Poor", while they enjoy the richer coins. If I am wrong or if you agree donate and upvote.
