Funding, training and support from political leaders allow them to deliver good service to its citizens/customers.</p> <blockquote>In other words, people in public service are the key ingredient in determining how well government serves its citizens.</blockquote> <p>Organizational behavior study the actions of the individual, their motivations, and how they interact with others within the public and non-profit sectors.</p> <blockquote>In organizational behavior, the starting point is the person.</blockquote> <p>The focus of the needs of the individual is of value because it puts the ball in their court to deliver quality service to its customers.
