Organizational behavior is a field of study. It is also a way of thinking and acting. The study of organizational behavior spotlights individual and group behavior. To achieve organizational goals more effectively and serving the public more responsibly is the goal for this study</p>
<p>The people who work in public service is who we define how well our government services are.<br>
Organizational behavior is the study of how people behave in public organizations.<br>
Organization in public organizations rely on the cooperation of other public and non-profit organizations for proper communication in order to operate adequately. Funding, training and support from political leaders allow them to deliver good service to its citizens/customers.</p>
<blockquote>In other words, people in public service are the key ingredient in determining how well government serves its citizens.</blockquote>
<p>Organizational behavior study the actions of the individual, their motivations, and how they interact with others within the public and non-profit sectors.</p>

<p>The focus of the needs of the individual is of value because it puts the ball in their court to deliver quality service to its customers. The organization has to meet the needs of the individual to the extent that it is not creating a barrier for the individual to work effectively.</p>
