Just like the quiet calm scene that follows every single storm, you find yourself in the middle. Figure out how to respect the greater part of your emotions. 

Learn to retreat within to find something to hold onto, as you begin to rebuild from this moment. You will go ahead changed, and things will most unquestionably appear to be unique.

Learning to slow your roll, allowing yourself time to acclimate and being gentle with yourself will help you see all of the new pieces clearly. At that point, you should have the capacity to discover approaches to influence them to fit into your reality. 

Understanding this won’t happen overnight. Trust that it will happen.
