Hola Ladies 💗 Espero se encuentren muy bien, una vez más me encuentro por aquí participando y compartiendo con ustedes en este concurso semanal, el día de hoy respondiendo a dos interesantes preguntas pero antes de hacerlo me gustaría agradecer a @mariajcastro28 por su invitación y extenderle de paso una especial invitación a @sugarelys y @alizmarpaola a participar, sin más preámbulos por aquí les dejo mi participación.

Hive ha languidecido durante los últimos meses, por lo que algunos de nosotros empezamos a perder la fe, vemos cómo nuestras cuentas pierden valor o, peor aún, ¡abandonamos Hive! Pero a menudo hay algo más en la historia...

1️⃣ Escenario 1: Una amiga de reputación 52 dice que ya no quiere seguir activa en Hive, alegando que no puede dedicarle tiempo, que la moneda está muy poco valorada y que sólo unos pocos leen sus mensajes. ¿Qué podrías hacer para animarla y ayudarla a seguir intentándolo? ¿Consejos de escritura? ¿Gestión del tiempo? ¿Otros?

Creo que la mayoría por no decir todos, hemos tenido este pensamiento de abandonar la plataforma, de no seguir publicando y demás. Hablándoles un poco desde mi corta experiencia ya que a penas voy para un año en Hive puedo decirles que con el pasar del tiempo descubrí que lo importante en esta plataforma es la constancia, Al inicio recuerdo que simplemente subía mi post y me iba, no era constante, no respondía comentarios, en pocas palabras no prestaba mucha atención a la plataforma pensando que por ser nueva no iban a ser valorados mis post, pero luego de tomarme en serio el hecho de subir contenido y ser constante vi la diferencia.

El día que decidí tomarme en serio este trabajo hable con una amiga y fue donde caí en cuenta de muchos puntos que estaba pasando por alto, así que si pides mis consejos para crecer en Hive podría decirte los siguientes:

- Pide ayuda, si no entiendes bien sobre un tema, sobre como publicar en una comunidad o algo en especifico no tengas miedo o pena de preguntar ya que realmente nadie nace sabiendo y estoy segura que habrá muchísimas personas en este espacio que con gusto te ayudarán.

- Investiga sobre el sin fin de comunidades que tenemos para publicar, no te quedes con una sola opción ya que la idea es variar el contenido sobre todo esto te ayudará a no quedarte estancado.

- Toma pausas para hacer una autoevaluación y ver quizá donde estas fallando, recuerdo que al inicio no me gustaban mucho las portadas de mis posts por lo que empecé a probar nuevas ideas, nuevos estilos hasta que fui viendo con cual me sentía más cómoda. 

- Sé constante, no importa si en la semana no te fue como esperabas habrá días donde te irá mucho mejor, recuerda que la constancia hace al maestro y te lleva al éxito.

- Sé creativo, mira cada actividad en tu diario como una oportunidad para crear contenido recuerda que hay muchas comunidades donde publicar.

- Apoya a otros hivers, la idea es ayudarnos a crecer diariamente; por lo que aportando un granito de arena es donde se verá la diferencia y que mejor manera que dejando un lindo comentario, votando y hasta promocionando por Twitter el post de otra persona.

- Recuerda que trabajamos con criptomonedas por lo que habrán constantes subidas y bajadas del mercado, así que es recomendable que tengas un segundo trabajo u opción sobre todo por esos días donde quizá la moneda este un poco baja.

- Y por último pero no menos importante. Organízate, toma una agenda o un cuaderno y organiza el contenido que quieras subir en la semana así tendrás un mejor control y no estarás corriendo un día anterior o el mismo día buscando que postear.

2️⃣ Escenario 2: Una chica con reputación 58 está frustrada porque su último post ha sido votado a la mitad por una cuenta de Watchdog que la acusa de plagio. Se enfada y jura abandonar Hive. ¿Qué podrías hacer para ayudar a resolver la situación? ¿Decirle que se relaje? ¿Otra cosa? ¿Pensamientos?

Me siento un poco identificada con este escenario ya que cuando estaba empezando me paso en dos ocasiones esto. La primera vez que ocurrió lo que hice fue que pedí disculpas ya que realmente no había sido intencional era nueva en la plataforma, a penas me estaba adaptando y no conocía muy bien el tema de las reglas; a lo que no tuvo importancia ya que de igual manera silenciaron mi post, lo acepté ya que me dio un poco de pena, temor de hacer algo mal y como les digo no tenía mucha idea del tema.

La segunda vez que me ocurrió fue justo en la misma comunidad pero esta vez sentí que la persona moderadora que me acusaba de plagio cuando realmente no era el caso, fue bastante grosera a la hora de comentar mi post. La verdad me sentí bastante indignada ya que yo estaba explicando de la mejor manera que mi contenido no se trataba de plagio a lo que recibía era respuestas un tanto groseras, no sabía si estaba haciendo las cosas mal y quería me aconsejaran o dieran su punto de vista por lo que hablando con personas que tienen más conocimiento y tiempo en la plataforma me hicieron entender que no estaba haciendo las cosas mal y si era de mal gusto sus contestaciones aún más porque se trataba de una moderadora. Al final llegue a la conclusión de que lo mejor era salirme de esa comunidad para evitar este tipo de situaciones y gracias a los consejos que recibí encontré una comunidad que me ha acogido de la mejor manera.

Me extiendo mucho en este punto ya que entiendo la frustración por la que se puede llegar a pasar, realmente el consejo que le puedo dar es que siempre sea respetuosa a la hora de dar una respuesta ya que la idea no es generar una polémica, si la situación continua lo mejor es cambiar de comunidad esta plataforma tiene un sin fin de comunidades donde tus post serán más que bien recibidos, ten calma, desahógate sea con una persona amiga, toma un respiro y continúa, la idea no es que te rindas a la primera ya que esto es así; cada día aprenderás cosas nuevas, te vas a equivocar y gracias a esto es que crecerás.

Hello Ladies 💗 I hope you are doing well, once again I am here participating and sharing with you in this weekly contest, today I am answering two interesting questions but before doing so I would like to thank @mariajcastro28 for her invitation and extend a special invitation to @sugarelys and @alizmarpaola to participate, without further ado here is my participation.

Hive has languished over the last several months so some of us begin to lose faith, see our accounts lose value, or worse — quit Hive! But often there’s more to the story..

1️⃣ Scenario 1: A reputation 52 friend says that she no longer wants to be active in Hive, claiming that she can't make the time, the coin is so low valued, and only a few people ever read her posts. What could you do to encourage and help her to keep trying? Writing tips? Time management? Other?

I think that most, if not all of us, have had this thought of abandoning the platform, of not continuing to publish and so on. Speaking a little from my short experience since I'm just going for a year in Hive I can tell you that over time I discovered that the important thing in this platform is perseverance, at the beginning I remember that I just uploaded my post and I left, I was not constant, I did not answer comments, in short I did not pay much attention to the platform thinking that because I was new my posts would not be valued, but after taking seriously the fact of uploading content and being consistent I saw the difference.

The day I decided to take this job seriously I talked to a friend and it was where I realized many points that I was overlooking, so if you ask for my tips to grow in Hive I could tell you the following:

- Ask for help, if you don't understand well about a topic, about how to publish in a community or something specific, don't be afraid or embarrassed to ask because nobody is really born knowing and I'm sure there will be many people in this space that will gladly help you.

- Investigate about the endless communities that we have to publish, do not stay with only one option since the idea is to vary the content above all this will help you not to get stuck.

- Take pauses to do a self-evaluation and see where you are failing. I remember that at the beginning I didn't really like the covers of my posts, so I started trying new ideas, new styles until I saw which one I felt more comfortable with.

- Be creative, look at every activity in your diary as an opportunity to create content, remember that there are many communities where you can publish.

- Support other hivers, the idea is to help us grow daily; so contributing a grain of sand is where you will see the difference and what better way than leaving a nice comment, voting and even promoting someone else's post on Twitter.

- Remember that we work with cryptocurrencies so there will be constant ups and downs of the market, so it is advisable to have a second job or option especially for those days when the currency may be a little low.

- And last but not least. Get organized, take an agenda or a notebook and organize the content you want to upload during the week so you will have a better control and you will not be running the day before or the same day looking for what to post.

2️⃣ Scenario 2: A reputation 58 girl is frustrated over her last post having been downvoted to half it’s payout by a Watchdog account accusing her of plagiarism. She becomes angry and vows to quit Hive. What could you do to help resolve the situation? Tell her to relax? Other? Thoughts?

I feel a little identified with this scenario because when I was starting this happened to me twice. The first time it happened what I did was that I apologized because it was not really intentional, I was new to the platform, I was just adapting and I did not know very well the rules; which was not important because they silenced my post, I accepted it because it gave me a little shame, fear of doing something wrong and as I say I did not have much idea of the subject.

The second time it happened to me was just in the same community but this time I felt that the moderator who accused me of plagiarism when it was not really the case, was quite rude when commenting on my post. The truth I felt quite indignant because I was explaining in the best way that my content was not plagiarism to what I received was somewhat rude responses, I did not know if I was doing things wrong and wanted to advise me or give their point of view so talking to people who have more knowledge and time on the platform made me understand that I was not doing things wrong and if it was in bad taste their answers even more because it was a moderator. In the end I came to the conclusion that it was best to leave that community to avoid such situations and thanks to the advice I received I found a community that has welcomed me in the best way.

I extend a lot at this point because I understand the frustration that you can go through, really the advice I can give you is to always be respectful when giving an answer because the idea is not to generate a controversy, if the situation continues it is best to change community this platform has an endless number of communities where your post will be more than well received, be calm, unburden yourself with a friend, take a break and continue, the idea is not that you give up at the first time because this is the way it is; every day you will learn new things, you will make mistakes and thanks to this you will grow.
