Safe Exchange Coin has the abbreviated ticker symbol SAFEX on Bittrex and Cryptopia. It recently ran up from less than 1 cent to 2 and it is showing no signs of stopping.

Safe Exchange Coins represent one's stake in the Safe Exchange organization. These coins give individuals voting rights on important decisions that impact every member of the organization. The Safe Exchange organization is nearing completion of a software called the Chille blockchain, which will facilitate the marketplace for users to trade goods and services. 

Chief architect, Dan Dabek is spearheading the ambitious project, and he has the track record to prove he can pull it off. I was fortunate enough to buy in at 186 satoshis, which is less than a cent in fiat.  Once the organization deploys the Chille blockchain, I will be able to stake my Safe Exchange Coins in my PoS (Proof of Stake) wallet to generate Chille coins, that will allow me to not only trade goods & services, but earn passive income from dividends paid out to users of the marketplace from the various exchange fees.

I predict this coin will continue to prosper with the help of the Steemit community. Today there's a bit of a pull back. This would be a stellar opportunity to fill your pockets with some SAFEX, while they're cheap.
