@Booster will work just like before - but if a single bidder pays a <b>PREMIUM</b> I.E. Someone really want to promote their post, then they can send from $250 and above and instead of dwarfing all the other customers, they are simply moved to the next voting-window making it a bit more safe to use @Booster when someone with a lot of SBD wants to dominate. 

They may have a Very Important Post to get up on trending. In the old system if someone paid a big premium, that would leave the rest of the @Booster users with an incredible small and "unfair" upvote, so we hope this change will be benefiting both the rich and the poor as @Booster continues to be an incredible tool to promote your post.
