Unlocking the Power of Chrome: Day 12

This post is coming to you live from a weekend trip to Columbus, OH. I didn't want to let a mini vaca keep me from bringing you the latest Google Chrome Extension.

A couple of posts ago I covered an extension called "Save to Drive". On the surface, the extension I am going to cover today looks like a buffed up version of that same extension. If you install it, you will find there is much more.

## Refind

I'd like to give a great big thanks to @cmbugua for pointing out the Refind extension. You can access it on the [Chrome Web Store here](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/refind/dlapbpopbcangbnjdhajdlanbfokjaja?hl=en). They also have a website that you can [access here](https://refind.com/).

Right now the Refind platform is by invite only. This reminds me a lot of how Pintrest used to be. I feel that if Refind becomes widely picked up they will probably open it up more to the general public.

The way I understand it the goal of Refind is to give you an easier way to read, review, and store content that is most relevant to you. As you scan and review articles and items on the web they will be pulled into three separate categories:

Soon

Someday

Eventually

Eventually is where links will be stored that you want to keep permanently. Items will move to Someday if you do not review them within the first two weeks of putting them in the Soon category.

Refind is billed as a "discovery" tool and it will organize all of your links into a magazine-style format to make them easier to read.

If you get a chance head on over to the Refind webpage that I linked at the beginning of the post. Click on the "Get Started" link and put in your email address to get signed up for the invite-only ICO. That's right, it is an ICO and you gain tokens by getting signed up and by signing other users up.

## I Need You

I have plenty of extensions to cover, but I like being able to cover ones suggested by users. Remember, if you comment on this post with a Google Chrome Extension you can't live without I will give you a shout-out, follow, and upvote of one of your recent posts. Together we can make this series really great. Thanks again to @cmbugua for this suggestion.
