I had an interesting reply to one of my posts. I know everything here is public but I am not going to name the author just in case they don't want me to. I am going to paist the reply and if they want to credit for it, fantastic. And if you want to read all comments on my last few posts you will find it anyway.

"if the crypto market were regulated in some way it would certainly benefit.
Although I am for freedom with very competent authorities who watch over scams."

I get the idea they are trying to convey buy I find it rather disturbing.

"very competent authorities". That scares me. We will all be surfs forever.

The idea of Bitcoin and greatly expanded on by Hive is 100 percent freedom.

Hive is its own society. There are moral rules here, believe it or not. And that comes with upvotes, down votes, spam watchers, plagiarizem watchers. If you go Rouge and the majority of the community don't like it, you will know.

Some people don't like that. But I believe it is good.

Just like in offline life, if you don't tonfar outside societies rules you are fine. That is where laws came from after all.

Somewhere along the way humans decided the system we have now for law is better than lynching or public hanging. That is a whole other discussion.

I wish I understood how "governments" feel the need to rule the way they do. They are all people after all.

Elitism I guess. They, the ones in power, have to much of it and don't want to let go. They want and need to keep the surfs in line to keep themselves in the lifestyle they want.

Unfortunately the machine called government gets so big, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.

There is a reason there is almost 200 separate countries in the world. Us humans have a hard time agreeing.

Then comes CBDCs. Here is a great article I read. [Buying Bitcoin ‘will quickly vanish’ when CBDCs launch — Arthur Hayes](https://cointelegraph-com.cdn.ampproject.org/v/s/cointelegraph.com/news/buying-bitcoin-will-quickly-vanish-when-cbdcs-launch-arthur-hayes/amp?amp_gsa=1&amp_js_v=a9&usqp=mq331AQIKAGwASCAAgM%3D#amp_tf=From%20%251%24s&aoh=16677712587463&csi=1&referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com&ampshare=https%3A%2F%2Fcointelegraph.com%2Fnews%2Fbuying-bitcoin-will-quickly-vanish-when-cbdcs-launch-arthur-hayes)

Governments know that crypto is the future they are trying to figure out how to create their own to keep us surfs, well, surfs. Don't doubt it.

Hive is the only truly decentralized block chain that I know of. I know all roads will lead to Hive. I do believe we need thousands more nodes. And I will be one in the future.

When it comes to competent authorities I don't believe there can be. It might start out that way but history shows they never stay that way.

Community in Hive got it right. There is no banning people, no deleting accounts, etc but things can be done as I spoke about above.

I am proud and totally positive about Hive. Safe this post and read it in 10 years. Let us see what Blockchain projects are still around. Hive will be.

To bad Elon Musk is rebuilding Twitter into Hive when he could have come here. But he is a smart man, he will make a fortune out of what ever he got planned. And if you study the man, you should know, he got plans.

I will leave with these thoughts. I do not hate authorities, when they are not abusing power.

I am for a free planet, where us surfs are no longer. Having Big Brother watching and controlling no matter how well intended will never work.

Hive all the way.

I am alive and Thriving.
