As we are in the 21st century educational landscape, we are adapting online, hybrid, and other learning modalities to bring education for everyone, whether at school or at the comfort of home. Given all of these, one thing is certain and clear: the right environment can make all the difference. Learning environment is an important aspect of the teaching and learning process; it is crucial in maintaining learners' eagerness and motivation to learn. That is why it has to be conducive.

A conducive learning environment helps support students learning and ensures a safe space for learners; it allows them to focus and learn without distractions and barriers. Moreover, a conducive learning environment isn't just all about the physical condition of classrooms, like proper ventilation and lighting and spacious learning areas. For a learning environment to be conducive, it must also possess a caring and nurturing psychological and social environment.

There should be rules and procedures to follow to set clear expectations; the class' psychological and social atmosphere must be based on values of respect and unity. Furthermore, a conducive learning environment should be welcoming, warm, and non-threatening, where learners can freely express their emotions and concerns without fear of judgements.

These aspects are imperative to the overall and holistic development of students, as they will help create a positive interaction among learners and facilitate  teacher-student relationship.
